BIO

Wayne UnRuh has had numerous senior management positions in small and medium size companies. He has also started-up a number of companies over his career. He understands his clients’ needs and crafts strategic solutions to achieve their objectives. 
As a Sandalphon team member, Wayne helps his clients reach their unique goals through a consultative and collaborative approach. With over 30 years of experience in management and leadership, he helps organizations achieve transformative change, revenue growth, stakeholder engagement and leadership development. In his many positions, he has lead strategic planning, governance, product innovation, mergers and acquisitions and startups that have provided success for his clients and the organizations that he has been involved with over the years.
As a former CPA, he has held positions as Vice President Finance for publishing and printing companies. He has served on small and medium private company boards. He has also been President, COO & CEO of a international private company with over 300 employees. During his tenure he grew the business successfully into the United States.  
As a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Commerce, Wayne believes in continuing self-improvement. As such, he obtain his C.A. in 1989 and attended a number of executive training courses from Kellogg School of Management, Harvard Business School and Queen's University in the areas of marketing, sales and mergers and acquisitions. He obtain his Executive MBA in 2000 from the Richard Ivey School of Business in London, Ontario. 
Wayne passion is in helping small to medium sized organizations; helping them to grow and manage through various stages of growth. He also enjoys training entrepreneurs and is a trainer for Business Wise Coaching Ltd.
